Full Job Description:
Applications are invited for temporary posts from dynamic, innovative, and result-oriented professionals to join Technology Business Incubator.
Eligibility Criteria:

Master’s degree in Management / Engineering / Technology / Entrepreneurship or related field

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in startup incubation, innovation, or entrepreneurship ecosystem
-
Strong leadership, networking, and project management skills

Experience in handling incubation programs or startup mentoring preferred
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage incubation programs for startups and entrepreneurs

Design and implement strategies for innovation, startup growth, and ecosystem development
-
Mentor and guide incubated startups in business planning, funding, and scaling
-
Build partnerships with investors, industry, academia, and government bodies
-
Oversee operations, reporting, and performance monitoring of incubation programs.
